Overview
Highlights of the school include good results at national exams, familiarity and entrepreneurship. We provide the general study line, however we provide special studies in entrepreneurship and foreign languages (Swedish, German, Italian).
After high school, most of our students apply to the following universities:
Oulu, Jyväskylä, Rovaniemi and Vaasa Universities. Centria polytechnic school. We also visit Oulu and Ylivieska and we have visitors from there.
Weather: Autumn: 10-15 C, winter +2 - -20 C, spring +10 - +20 C.
Distances: 22 km to Ylivieska, 70 km to Kokkola, 150 km to Oulu, 500 km to Helsinki.
All services are less than one kilometre from the school (health care centre, restaurants, bus station, gym, park etc)
Expenses
Free of cost: Tuition, laptop, lunch, snack, learning materials, textbooks, e-learning environment, student healthcare, tutor, or group study for international students.
Monthly rent: 400-550 €
Accommodation
Apartments are located less than one kilometre from our school and come in different sizes.

Other
Our school arranges activities to support international students integrate better. We have orientation days, clubs and sport events. If you have an interest in nature and countryside life, you will enjoy our school and town.
